Cramond Cares Information Hub
As part of its "Cramond Cares" campaign, Cramond Kirk is committed to helping the older members of our community and one part of this initiative has been the creation of a booklet listing useful contact details for many of the organisations and groups for older people which meet in Cramond Kirk Halls as well as details of other organisations which can help with day-to-day living. The booklet has been created by our Pastoral Assistant, Diane Williams and she would be happy to hear from you if you need further help or if you can suggest other resources which might be of assistance. She can be contacted at diane.williams@cramondkirk.org.uk
